One-Day Registration Fees
One-day Rate (no banquet)  $220
One-day Rate (with banquet)  $275
Half-day Rate with lunch ($150)

Cancellation Policy: A fee of $50 will be assessed on all cancellations received after October 9. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received prior to that date.
