How Can I Get More Time in My Day?

In a recent Progressive Cattle article written by Wesley Tucker, he provided keen insights for cattle producers that are valuable for any self-employed businessperson. He breaks the article into the categories of Prioritize Tasks, the Eisenhower Matrix and Family First.
Every business owner, manager and employee struggles with setting priorities. Tucker mentions common tasks that a cattle producer needs to prioritize and the challenges that occur when trying to execute those priorities. He then introduces the Eisenhower Matrix that helps separate priorities into four quadrants.
Next, he provides a good reminder about keeping our families our highest priority. They won’t feel like our highest priority unless we deliberately schedule quality time with them.
