She provides training to enhance the effectiveness of their Boards of Directors as well as a host of other crucial leadership development topics.
As the luncheon speaker for ASAC’s Annual Conference in Indianapolis on November 4th, Beth will share her topic, “The Evolving Journey of Inspiring Leaders to Lead.” Agricultural organizations and businesses are struggling to ensure future generations of leaders are developed for their own needs as well as those of the entire industry. Generational transitions not only occur on farms, but also in ag organizations that agriculture has relied on for decades to support key policy decisions, protect local farms and farm families, promote their products domestically and internationally, and represent agriculture during challenging times.
Beth is a thoughtful, engaging and gifted presenter who will challenge the attendees to enhance their leadership skills so they can continue to serve their families, businesses and organizations to their full capacity.
